Dear Friends,

When I began my journey as a clinical psychologist more than three decade ago, I witnessed how deeply mental health, disability, and education affect not just individuals but entire families. I also saw how stigma, lack of awareness, and limited resources often prevented children and adults from receiving the care and support they deserved.

It was from this realization that Aksharush Foundation  was born – with a vision to create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where every mind matters, every child is valued, and every family is supported.

Through our work, we strive to ensure that children with disabilities receive early intervention, that families feel empowered and not isolated, and that mental health becomes a priority rather than an afterthought. Education, therapy, and awareness are the three pillars on which our mission rests.

I truly believe that change begins with small, consistent steps – whether it is a counseling session that brings hope, a training program that equips teachers, or a community awareness drive that reduces stigma. Together, these efforts can create a society that uplifts its most vulnerable.
